We are adding to our Bindery and Finishing Department for anyone who is mechanically inclined, has an eye for detail and likes to be part of a driven team atmosphere.

What does this position look like? Everything we print there is some bindery or finishing step that goes with it: Cutting, folding, binding, booklet making, coating, laminating, die cutting, scoring, punching, gluing. A lot of options!

The person to fill this position is not afraid to jump in and figure things out, can work being self-guided and has a keen eye to make sure the finished product meets our quality standards. We are OK training the right person with no experience, and we are interested in talking to anyone with experience in a Bindery/Finishing environment.

Job Qualification Criteria:

-Must be detail oriented

-Self-starter who is coachable

-Reliable and on time

-Mechanical aptitude

-Knows basic math and measurements

-Basic computer skills

-Is safety minded

-Can read, comprehend and follow job ticket instructions

Compensation is based on experience.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
