No sales experience? That's okay. We're more interested in who you are than what you've sold.

We’re growing, and we’re adding to our sales team. This is a new seat, not a replacement.

We're PIP Marketing, Signs & Print in Peoria. We've been part of the local business community since 1978, helping businesses bring their ideas to life.

We do a lot more than print business cards.

Think about the signs outside your favorite restaurant, the shirts worn at a community event, the promotional gifts companies give their customers, or the marketing materials that help a business attract new customers.

That's the kind of work we do.

We're a locally owned business with an experienced team, great customers, and the resources of a nationally recognized brand behind us.

And we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

What would you actually do?

Your job would be to get to know businesses throughout the Peoria area, learn what they're trying to accomplish, and introduce them to ways PIP can help.

You'll spend your time:

Meeting local business owners and decision-makers.
Learning about their businesses and asking good questions.
Finding opportunities to help them grow.
Working with our team to develop creative solutions.
Building relationships that turn into long-term customers.

Some days you'll be out meeting people. Other days you'll be researching businesses, making calls, following up, and learning something new.

And yes, you'll need to be comfortable reaching out to people who don't know you yet. That's part of sales, and it's a skill you can learn.

What makes someone successful here?

We're not looking for someone with the perfect sales pitch.

We're looking for someone who:

Genuinely enjoys people and building relationships.
Is curious and isn't afraid to ask questions.
Follows through on what they say they'll do.
Is willing to learn, accept coaching, and try new things.
Has the initiative to make things happen, even when nobody is watching.

You don't have to be the loudest person in the room. In fact, being a good listener is often more valuable.

What can you expect from us?

You won't be expected to walk in knowing everything about printing, signs, or marketing.

You'll have an opportunity to learn about our products, understand how businesses use them, and work alongside people who know the industry.

You'll develop skills in communication, relationship building, problem-solving, and business development.

Most importantly, you'll have an opportunity to build a career where your relationships, ideas, and efforts can make a real difference.

Compensation: First year earnings $50,000 to $65,000 unlimited after that
